At Sole House, we know that buying sneakers and streetwear online comes with a lot of questions. That’s why we’ve put together this comprehensive FAQ section to help you get the answers you need—whether you’re looking for information on our latest hyped sneaker drops, details about our 100% authenticity guarantee, or shipping and return policies.
What Is Your Buying Process?
You can bring by what you are looking to sell and we’ll take a look at it at our buying counter! We’ll take into account the style, size, and condition of the item (as well as its box/packaging if it is brand new). Once we assess the item and it goes through our authentication process, we’ll shoot you an offer.
*Please note that we do take some shoes without the original box, but it will affect the value offered - especially regarding brand new pairs*
Can I Size Swap For A Different Size?
We do NOT offer Size Swaps Online.
You may come In-Store and request a Size Swap *if we have that size* which we charge a Fee Depending on Size Difference/Market.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time on the courier's tracking page. We keep you updated every step of the way to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us via email: solehouse3@gmail.com or call/text: 331-401-0769 prior to purchased item being shipped. We have a strict policy of all sales are final, but we may consider some instances in which we were at fault.
Refund Policy
Please make sure to carefully review the description of each item before completing your purchase, as all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges.
We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend (Or past 3PM CST on Friday) will be processed and shipped the following Tuesday, as our carriers do not operate on weekends and we are closed Monday.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders generally take 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Currently, we do not offer overnight shipping by default. However, if you need expedited shipping, please email us at solehouse3@gmail.com, and we can create a custom order for an overnight label.
