What Is Your Buying Process?
You can bring by what you are looking to sell and we’ll take a look at it at our buying counter! We’ll take into account the style, size, and condition of the item (as well as its box/packaging if it is brand new). Once we assess the item and it goes through our authentication process, we’ll shoot you an offer.
*Please note that we do take some shoes without the original box, but it will affect the value offered - especially regarding brand new pairs*
Can I Size Swap For A Different Size?
We do NOT offer Size Swaps Online.
You may come In-Store and request a Size Swap *if we have that size* which we charge a Fee Depending on Size Difference/Market.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email/shop. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time on the courier's tracking page/shop. We keep you updated every step of the way to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We have a strict policy of ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but we may consider some instances in which we were at fault.
